Bengaluru, India, June 30, 2026 – Kapture today announced the successful close of its $10 million Pre-Series B funding round, led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures, with continued participation from existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives. The investment will fuel Kapture’s global expansion, strengthen research and development, accelerate product innovation, and support the company’s next phase of growth as enterprises increasingly adopt Agentic AI at scale.
The investment marks Bajaj Finserv Ventures’ first investment in the artificial intelligence sector, underscoring growing confidence in Kapture’s vision of building an enterprise-grade Agentic Operating System that enables organizations to automate complex workflows while maintaining governance, security, and human oversight.
“Having an AI-first investor like Bajaj Finserv Ventures lead this round is a strong validation of our vision and the value we’re creating for enterprises,” said Sheshgiri Kamath, Co-founder & CEO of Kapture. “Enterprises have moved beyond experimenting with AI—they are now looking for measurable business outcomes. This investment enables us to accelerate product innovation, expand globally, and continue building the enterprise AI platform that helps organizations automate mission-critical operations with confidence.”
Since its Series A funding in 2023, Kapture has achieved fourfold revenue growth while reaching profitability, a significant milestone for an AI-native enterprise software company. The company now serves more than 1,000 enterprises across 18 countries, helping organizations transform customer experience and enterprise operations through intelligent automation.
Kapture’s Agentic Operating System brings together AI agents, operational intelligence, workflow orchestration, and human oversight into a unified platform that enables enterprises to automate high-value workflows across customer support, collections, claims, sales, and other business-critical functions. Built with industry-specific intelligence, the platform helps organizations deploy AI securely while delivering measurable operational and financial outcomes.
The new capital will support Kapture’s expansion into international markets, deepen investments in AI research and engineering, and enhance its product capabilities across enterprise use cases. The company is targeting fivefold revenue growth over the next few years as demand for production-ready Agentic AI platforms continues to grow.
As enterprises transition from isolated AI pilots to organization-wide AI adoption, Kapture remains focused on building technology that goes beyond automation to deliver autonomous execution, operational intelligence, and measurable business impact. The latest funding reinforces the company’s commitment to shaping the next generation of enterprise software powered by Agentic AI.
