Bengaluru, India – May 15, 2026 – Kapture today announced the appointment of Abhinav Sinha as Vice President – Customer Experience, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to scale its enterprise customer success organization.
With over 14 years of experience across enterprise SaaS, strategy, and analytics consulting, Abhinav will lead Kapture’s post-sales customer journey, overseeing onboarding, adoption, customer success, and value realization. His focus will be on building a scalable customer experience operating model that strengthens long-term customer partnerships and drives measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Kapture, Abhinav held leadership roles at the Aditya Birla Group, Sprinklr, and Cartesian Consulting, where he led customer experience transformation initiatives across Retail, BFSI, CPG, and Healthcare. His experience spans customer success, enterprise account management, technical operations, and customer advocacy across global markets.
