Our hiring process varies from role to role, but typically includes:

  1. Online Application Review: TA team reviews your application.
  2. Screening Call: Introductory call with a TA Specialist.
  3. Technical Interview: Discussion about experience and skills.
  4. Leadership Discussion: Cultural fit evaluation.
  5. Document Collection: For shortlisted candidates.
  6. Offer: Final offer shared after internal alignment.

We aim to complete the process within 1–3 weeks depending on interviewer availability. Your TA SPOC will keep you informed throughout the process.
